We are committed to provide quality products on time every time. We manufacture and repair products to the exacting standards of API 6A, 16A, 16C, 5CT, 7-1, and API 16AR.

All our work and support processes are governed and follow the requirements of API Q1 Tenth edition 2023 and ISO 9001:2015.

Quality belongs to everybody in the organisation. Our employees are committed to ensuring that our standard operation including applicable requirements is to exceed the customers requirements. We have developed a quality objective which shall be identified and established at functional level.

Contents of the policy are communicated, understood, implemented through the chain of command, and it is displayed throughout the business as a constant reminder of our commitment to the quality process.

This policy is available to our relevant interested parties.

BIC Industries has a specious Quality Lab and Gauge Room with modern inspection and testing tools to provide high-quality value-added products and services to customers. All raw materials and products are carefully inspected for their compliance to standards and each product inspection report is maintained for further audit verification.
